Shipping Information
The Teeburr Company ships to all 50 states, the District of Columbia in addition to U.S. possessions and territorries. All items are shipped from the manufacturers within 30 days. All items will be shipped via UPS. As a result, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. On occasion, due to size considerations, it maybe necessary to ship your order in multiples packages. If this is the case, there will be no additional shipping charges after the first package.
Returns - Exchanges
The Teeburr Company wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of your receipt. We will either send you and exchange or refund the cost of the item - your choice. Returned items must be in the original packaging and include all original parts. To return an item, follow the instructions in the next paragraph. You are responsible fir the return shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping and handling charges, unless an error occurred by us in shipping your order.
If you need to return a furniture item, please call 917 - 843 - 5313. We will help arrange the shipment of the item back directly to the manufacturer.
